This girl is going to change the world. I've known Karah for almost 8 years and, especially after these last two years, anyone who know's her would agree, it's an indisputable fact; She's a world changer.  Karah is a missionary and for the next 11 months she will be going to 11 countries to spread the good news of Christ.  Karah exemplifies the life that Christ talked about as being "Salt and Light." (Matthew 5:13-16)  The morning of the shoot we met for coffee at Starbucks and all she could talk about was Jesus.  She told me about how people will come to the kiosk, where she works in the mall, and Jesus will naturally be brought up in their conversation. Where ever she goes, He shows up.  One couple that came to the kiosk wrote her a considerable check on the spot just because she told them about her trip.  When she asked why they wanted to help her, a stranger whom they had never met, their response was that they saw honest joy and light in her, and they knew that where ever she goes something good will happen.  Those people weren't believers but they saw Christ in Karah and responded by doing what ever they could to bless her.  On the drive home from the shoot I realized that I hadn't felt that excited and energized from having a conversation about Jesus in a long time.  It was the morning I needed, a breath of fresh air, a reminder of what life is all about; pouring into others so Jesus can pour into us. Blessed to bless, and after that morning, my cup was running over.

If you would like to learn more about Karah's trip check out her blog here.  On that same link you will also be able to donate how ever much you feel inclined to give.

I'm also selling tshirts, prints, hoodies, iPhone cases, and a few other items on my Society6 account to help fund Karah.  All the earnings from the print entitled And To The Ends Of The Earth go to her. Click the highlighted link to check that out too.

Thanks for checking this out, be blessed.
